£34,500 - £43,000 + fantastic benefits

Developing and delivering an engaging and best in class programme of events and Communication initiatives for Operational & Health Care Management (OHCM). With a focus on nurturing relationships, improving customer focus and boosting future consideration to maximise People Engagement and Experience. This will also include working with and providing support to Senior Stakeholders in development of Communications initiatives that support the Strategic objectives of the area.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
* With the CS Internal Communications Manager, lead and facilitate events and activities to support the Directors, focusing on understanding the barriers to engagement and opportunities for improvement.
* Support and develop a function-specific internal communications strategy.
* Plan and manage the development and delivery of a programme of external and/or internal events that supports business strategy, capability and engagement.
* Prove the success and impact of each engagement by demonstrating how the event performed, seeking feedback, and setting out clear engagement metrics prior to the event.
* Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, adhere to Bupa’s Corporate and UK policies, and to internal operating procedures, ensuring that risk is managed in line within Bupa’s UK’s risk appetite.
* Brief and manage the relationship with the events agency.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
* Experience of successfully leading a team to plan and deliver corporate events.
* A high degree of energy, drive and enthusiasm.
* Excellent project management, planning and organisational abilities with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with a positive persuasive manner.
* Creative experience and flair and a strong understanding and empathy with Brand values.
* Experience in managing and developing budgets.
