The role:
As a Teacher of Business, you will:
- Deliver the curriculum effectively, preparing and developing high-quality teaching materials
- Be accountable for the attainment, progress and outcomes of all pupils in your classes
- Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress, set targets and plan engaging lessons
- Provide pupils with regular, meaningful feedback to support their learning and development
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, governors and the wider community
You will also:
- Contribute to school improvement initiatives as directed by the Headteacher and SLT
- Proactively participate in professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with colleagues across the school and Trust to share best practice
The candidate:
We are seeking an ambitious teacher with a passion for Business. You will have strong subject knowledge, excellent pedagogical skills, and a proven track record of securing positive outcomes for students.
Crucially, you will share our vision for a well-rounded education, committed to developing the whole child. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the school to create enriching opportunities that go beyond the curriculum.
