Your Role:
1. Take ownership of contracts from the point of order to the successful running throughout the year/s, overseeing all aspects.
2. Plan delivery and site visit of PPMs.
3. Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
4. Deal with on-site operational queries and liaising with field-based engineers.
5. Issuing orders and work instructions to the field-based operations team.
6. Prepare quotations.
7. Prepare review meetings, raise and process invoices.
8. Maintain accurate and clear records on our online portal.
9. Regularly work in collaboration with the Sales and Operational team.
Key Skills and Attributes:
1. Strong customer service skills.
2. Exceptional telephone manner and email etiquette.
3. Experience of working to deadlines and effective time management.
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word & Excel.
5. Effective planning and organisational skills.
6. Flexible.
7. Experience working as a coordinator in support of a field-based operations team would be a distinct advantage.
Package:
Salary: £23,000 to £28,000 per year based on experience.
Bonus: Bonus scheme on top of salary.
Holidays: 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Working Hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday plus optional overtime.
