Job Title: Human Resources Administrator
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Group HR &Payroll Manager
Location: Stansted
Job Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Group HR & Payroll Manager you will be responsible for providing Administrative support ensuring all aspects of the role are carried out in a timely and methodical manner, always maintaining confidentiality.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
* Assisting with the recruitment process, including drafting of job adverts, setting up interviews, screening of candidates and interviewing as and when required.
* Preparation and administration of all HR documentation including offer letters, contracts of employment, pay change letters, job descriptions etc
* Onboarding of candidates, including right to work checks, inductions and reference checking, setting employees up on Company training, Occupational health and Company benefits platforms
* Assist with monitoring absence levels and providing accurate reports and data as required.
* Offboarding of employees, including exit interviews, holiday calculations and acknowledgement letters.
* Maintaining HR system with starters, leavers, pay changes etc.
* Providing administrative support to the Payroll department, including updating holiday tracker, new starters, leavers and any pay changes ensuring data is accurate and proved on a timely basis.
* Providing data to Line Managers as and when required
* Liaising with Line Managers, Company Directors and Payroll
Required Experience and Skills:
* A minimum of two years Administration experience preferably within HR
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
* Sound knowledge of MS office applications and preferably advanced Excel skills
* Knowledge of Payroll would be advantageous
