The Role:
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the closure of a commercial unit, ensuring the successful completion of ongoing projects, and delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.
Duties:
Coordinate and execute project tasks as directed by the Project Manager.
Organise meetings, maintain project documentation, and provide administrative support.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Collate and produce reports for university boards and other stakeholders.
Manage financial and data records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain an electronic library of programme information and update online portals.
Contribute to the effective delivery of project milestones and objectives within budgetary constraints.
Support the production of project communications and progress reports.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in project coordination, administration, and financial management.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of providing outstanding customer service.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Teams and SharePoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Exceptional organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
