We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our prestigious client’s finance team, focusing on Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: • Processing invoices, payments, and credit notes • Managing the Sales Ledger – raising invoices, allocating payments, and chasing outstanding balances • Handling the Purchase Ledger – processing supplier invoices and reconciling statements • Assisting with bank reconciliations and month-end procedures • Resolving queries from customers and suppliers • Supporting the finance team with administrative tasks as required About You: • Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role (Sales & Purchase Ledger essential) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers and suppliers • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel • A positive, team-focused attitude If you feel you have the relevant skills and experience and are keen to join a fabulous organisation, please get in touch without delay.
