Senior People and Organisational Development Coordinator

We are seeking a Senior People and Organisational Development Coordinator to take a leading role in delivering an effective customer focused HR service. In this role, you will oversee the coordination of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, learning and development organisational mandatory training, management of HR systems including HRIS, LMS, ATS and lead/support the general HR administration function.
You will work collaboratively to lead and provide a customer-focused HR service that supports the organisation’s values and strategic goals. You will take the lead in identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows, ensuring they are efficient, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.
You will a lead a team of four People and OD Coordinators to provide effective support across the organisation.

* £48,000 per annum
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Basis: Full time
* Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum - Subject to eligibility
* 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* Trailblazing family leave [Maternity, Paternity and Adoption - 12 weeks full pay / 6 weeks half pay] - Subject to eligibility
