The role of a Marketing Executive:
* Support the Head of Marketing in the timely development and delivery of marketing plans across our portfolio of restaurants.
* Assist the Head of Marketing with the completion of the monthly reports - summarising performance of activity across web, CRM and social.
* With support from the Head of Marketing, manage brand photoshoots proactively generating content to meet the needs of the marketing plan across all channels; help writing briefs for our photographers and freelancers, writing function sheets for sites and overseeing shoot logistics.
* Support our Private Dining & Events team to create brand materials and content to promote our offer to both a new and existing audience.
* Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Work in partnership with our Digital Manager, ensuring they are updated and given up to date assets and copy.
* Assist our PR consultant and PR agency with booking in media and influencer visits.
What we're looking for in a Marketing Executive:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
* 2+ years of marketing experience.
* Organised, efficient ways of working at all times, owning projects and managing shared project files and trackers.
* Good understanding of the hospitality industry.
* Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
* Proactive, ambitious and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook.
* This role may require occasional work outside of regular business hours to manage social media during events, product launches, or campaigns.
