The Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Estimator / Sales Manager to join our team. This role involves producing accurate and professional quotations, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the success of high-value projects. Key Responsibilities: • Use Logikal to produce estimation sheets and detailed quotes. • Accurately interpret and "take-off" drawings and specifications. • Prepare and submit high-value tenders for curtain walling, windows, and doors. • Collaborate with design and fabrication teams during project handovers and production meetings. • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients. • Attend tender sales review meetings to align with business goals. • Ensure all quotations are accurate, professional, and clearly demonstrate inclusions. Required Skills & Experience: • Extensive experience with Logikal software. • Familiarity with Senior Architectural Systems and Metal Technology systems is highly preferred. • Solid understanding of fabrication, production, glass, and installation processes. • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong time management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to think creatively. • Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. • Experience in the construction industry, particularly with tender drawings, is essential. What We Offer: • Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (plus bonus, dependent on experience). • Hours: 40 hours per week: Monday–Thursday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) and Friday (8:00 AM–2:30 PM).
