What You’ll Do:
* Customer Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring customers within the Manufacturing sector that rely on advanced temperature and Power solutions.
* Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales and bookings objectives for HVAC/Power equipment.
* Market Penetration: Identify gaps in market coverage and create strategies to fill those using a direct sales approach.
* Coordination: Collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering teams to ensure the infrastructure is in place to support the business fully.
* Account Management: Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and assist in building national relationships.
* Market Growth: Focus on penetrating deeper into existing accounts, converting competitor accounts, and growing market share while maintaining existing service business.
* Strategic Selling: Apply strategic selling principles to uncover the best customer solutions and ensure a high standard of customer service.
* CRM Management: Use CRM tools to manage customer activities, quotes, leads, and other key data effectively.
* Process Compliance: Follow Aggreko’s sales process and comply with all CRM and CPQ processes.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
* Experience in a technical selling environment
* HVAC or power equipment knowledge would be beneficial
* Experience working with Rental products would be beneficial
* Positive customer-focused attitude with a proven ability to interact in a team environment
* Proven time management, planning, and organisational skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams
* Excellent presentation skills with the ability to handle objections and build trust
