Assistant Loyalty Manager

As an Assistant Loyalty Manager, you’ll develop and optimise our rewards loyalty proposition and communications plan to create value for our business and our customers. Your work will help to deliver customer growth targets and ensure that loyalty members feel appreciated and valued through exclusive rewards and experiences.
Please note that this is a full time, permanent role that could be based remotely across the UK with occasional travel to our Head Office locations in Cornwall. If you are a Cornwall based candidate, this role will be based at Head Office with a hybrid working approach.
You’ll help us by:
1. Translating customer data analysis and insights into targets, strategies, and action plans to drive loyalty sign-ups and evolve our loyalty proposition, ensuring it’s valued by our customers and to drive frequency of purchasing and customer spending.
2. Developing new ideas and championing a mindset of continuous improvement, driving innovation and momentum and ensuring there is positive differentiation from our competitors.
3. Working closely with marketing channel teams, particularly CRM, Email, and Direct Mail (DM) leads, to devise well considered segmentations, customer journeys, and next-best-action pathways.
4. Collaborating with Merchandising, Product, Digital, CX, UX, Marketing, Creative, Retail and Finance to develop exciting annual plans for our loyalty members that add value with exclusive benefits.
5. Being the point person for Loyalty Campaigns and Communications, planning and coordinating across Marketing and Digital teams to ensure communications drive brand love, preference and deliver on customer and commercial targets.
6. Managing the loyalty budget, monitoring and reporting on Loyalty KPI’s and keeping the Marketing Calendar fully up-to-date with all Loyalty activities.
7. Supporting internal awareness and engagement with the loyalty programme through internal communications.
The skills you’ll be sharing with the team:
* Relevant degree or tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Fashion or other relevant sectors.
* Demonstrable experience in CRM / Loyalty scheme management.
* Experience working with customer data and CRM segmentation.
* Customer centric with ability to translate data and insight into strategies and action plans.
* Experience working with customer data agencies.
* Strong planning, project management, attention to detail and collaboration skills, delivering projects/campaigns/propositions on time and in budget.
* Strong communicator, collaborator and empathetic relationship builder.
* Blend of strategic and customer data-driven mindset.
* Pro-active, highly motivated, shows initiative and contributes well-considered ideas.
* Team player.
* Flexible, positive energy, good with time management and prioritisation.
