We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator who will join our client site in Peterborough. You will be working on a shift pattern from Monday to Friday, 9.30am till 5.30pm, and the hourly pay rate is £12.
Responsibilities:
1. Providing fleet administration support
2. Proactively monitor the fleets to ensure efficiency through administration
3. Manage annual budget trackers and actively forecast aligned to brand planning, including purchase order management
4. Work with other departments to ensure cars are pushed through the operation quickly and effectively, including timely handling of repairs
5. Providing support to the Customer Service Manager with projects and other initiatives as required
6. Working closely to brand KPIs
7. Order and register vehicles for brands
Our Perfect Worker:
1. Must possess expert-level Excel skills and substantial experience in customer service
2. Previous experience in data input and admin duties (essential)
3. Attention to detail and accuracy (essential)
4. Experience within a transport environment
5. Customer service experience
