The Head of Sales – Non-Digital is responsible for leading the offline commercial sales team. Developing and executing sales strategies and driving the company’s revenue growth. This role involves overseeing the sales team, (B2B, Private Sales and Event Retail) establishing sales targets, managing key customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals and able to hit the ground running in this fast paced business.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives by channel and identify growth opportunities
Set and communicate clear sales targets and goals, and monitor sales metrics to make informed decisions.
Oversee sales operations, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
Ensure efficient use of sales tools and CRM systems to track performance and customer interactions
Develop relationships with key clients and stakeholders and represent the company at industry events
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, plus recruit, train, and develop sales personnel
Can demonstrate a track record of driving sales growth and managing P&L.
Commercially minded and astute, with a knowledge and interest in creating and implementing sales strategies
