The role Fugro is seeking a part-time UK Internal Communications Specialist with a passion for communications. You will shape Fugro’s direction through strategic and operational internal communications, sharing leadership messages and supporting our colleagues to be able to thrive at Fugro. You will innovate, engage audiences and create impactful internal messaging that will align UK activities and global strategies. Your role includes developing engaging social media content with colleagues, enhancing executive communication and organising initiatives like Town Halls and Workshops. You will create communication loops, gather feedback and adjust strategies to ensure effectiveness. Monitoring potential issues and collaborating with the global team for a unified response is fundamental to the role. This position is key to driving the Fugro story and ensuring cohesive, effective communication across the organisation. Please note this role is a job share and requires 3 full days a week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). Who we’re looking for: Educated to degree level in Communications, Marketing, Business or equivalent experience. Previous experience working in Internal Communications is essential. Strong English language/literacy skills, both verbal and written. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A passion for communications. A high level of IT skills.
