Attention to Detail: Ability to spot potential hygiene issues or hazards in the production environment and take proactive measures to address them promptly, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained. Teamwork and Communication: Collaboration with other team members, including production staff and supervisors, to report any concerns, and ensure a cohesive approach to maintaining hygiene standards throughout the facility. Problem-solving Skills: Capacity to identify root causes of hygiene-related issues, troubleshoot sanitation equipment, and implement corrective actions effectively to prevent recurrence and uphold the integrity of the food production process.
