THE ROLE
We are looking for a Retail Sales Admin Assistant to play a key role in supporting the Retail Sales team by ensuring smooth and efficient order processing, providing administrative assistance, and maintaining excellent communication with our internal teams and customers. With comprehensive training, you will be responsible for handling UK and international orders from both our UK and EU warehouses, while also contributing to the overall administrative functions of the Sales department.
Reporting to the Head of Retail Sales you will:
1. Efficiently process both UK and international orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment from our UK and EU warehouses.
2. Liaise with logistics teams to track and manage order deliveries and resolve any issues related to stock or shipping.
3. Plan and communicate updates to our existing retail accounts.
4. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales team, assisting with various tasks such as data entry, order tracking, and customer communications.
5. Help prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
6. Utilise Office and Google G Suite applications (including Google Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Office tools) to maintain accurate records, update customer databases, and ensure that all sales-related data is current and accessible.
7. Work closely with the wider Retail team to ensure customer satisfaction, accurate order fulfilment, and efficient operations.
8. Communicate effectively with both internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve any order-related issues or queries promptly.
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:
1. Experienced with using Microsoft Office and / or Google G Suite applications.
2. Willing to learn and keen to grow within a growing Retail Sales Team.
3. Excellent attention to detail.

We’ve worked hard to make our office (a beautiful old mill situated in East Sussex) an inviting and friendly environment for all of our team members and we expect any new joiner to be in the office full time.
