Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist- Kettering Location: Kettering Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 09:00-17:00 Start Date: ASAP Duration: 8-week placement Rate: £28 - £32 per hour We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to patient care and work within a dynamic healthcare environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, providing expert advice, and supporting the healthcare team. Responsibilities: As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing medication therapy for patients, conducting medication reviews, and providing clinical consultations. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and educate patients on medication use. Additionally, you will participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contribute to clinical audits, and support the training and development of pharmacy staff. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC) Minimum of 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in conducting medication reviews and clinical audits Proficiency in using pharmacy management systems and electronic health records Why work with Pulse?
