* Opportunity to secure both temporary contracts and permanent roles
* Support schools with 1:1 and small group tuition to help raise attainment and support children with SEN
Can I complete my induction year working as a Supply Teacher?
Yes. Providing you complete up to a term in a temporary contract, this can count towards your ECT induction sign off. You can complete your ECT 2 years in different schools which isn't a bad route to take. It shows any future employers that you are adaptable and will have gained valuable experience.
Is there opportunity for me to secure a permanent role through Teaching Personnel?
Yes. We provide our schools with a permanent recruitment service in addition to supply. You will hear of the latest opportunities and if permanent is what you are looking for, we will actively work on your behalf using our network of school contacts to discuss your skills and experience and secure you interviews. We will even help prepare you for any interviews with access to our bespoke interview and trial preparation guide.
How much will I be paid?
* As an ECT working as an ad-hoc supply teacher, you can expect to earn between £110-£120 per day. In this scenario, you are not required to prepare lessons, simply arrive at the school by 8.15am, cover lessons as directed by the Cover Manager and then you are free to leave at the end of the day.
