The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE in Maths & English or equivalent and NVQ Level 3/RSA3 or equivalent and will possess strong customer service skills, a professional and confident telephone manner and good organisational and keyboard skills. They will also require a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. The candidate needs to pay attention to detail, be able to work to tight deadlines and adapt to changing/challenging situations.
Experience of working in administration and the ability to minute take is essential.
You may be required to take a Numeracy & Literacy Test on the day of interview.
What is High Cost Area Allowance?
The High-Cost Area (HCA) allowance, also referred to as London Weighting is a payment made to employees who work in London and the surrounding areas.
As this post is based in Dartford, Gravesham or Swanley, the successful applicant will receive an additional payment each month.
• 5% of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £1,192 per year and a maximum payment of £2,011 per year (the agreed annual amount will be divided into 12 equal amounts and paid monthly)
This role provides direct secretarial and administrative support to our in-patient care, PIC Liaison Service and home treatment teams, Management, Consultant Psychiatrist, Lead clinicians and the wider team. The successful candidate will work closely with the teams providing up to date information the teams, production of reports and summaries within designated timescales, minute taking for requested meetings, creation and maintenance of spreadsheets and internal forms within designated timescales, maintaining of HR and personnel documentation, diary management, caseload management, generic mailbox monitoring and maintenance and any other administrative duties requested. This is not an exhaustive list and will adapt to meet the needs of the service.
