The purpose of this role is to create and lead a multi-disciplinary team to accelerate nature’s recovery across Norfolk and set the Trust on course to achieve our strategy. You will act as a strategic leader to deliver direct impact and influence the environmental, economic and social systems in Norfolk to prioritise nature’s recovery. In addition to providing clear, values-based strategic organisational leadership as a key member of the Strategic Leadership Team and trusted advisor to the CEO.
