Recruitment Advisor Bangor (Hybrid) £29k per annum Join Cartrefi as a Recruitment Advisor and play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent. Reporting to the Recruitment & Onboarding Business Partner, you will ensure a positive experience for candidates and support managers in all aspects of the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities - Build and sustain credible and trusting relationships with colleagues and line managers to provide recruitment guidance and coordinate the process. - Manage recruitment campaigns, write adverts and draft Job descriptions, using the ATS and systems. - Respond to candidate enquiries and applications. - Attend job fairs and open days. - Use social media to attract candidates. - Build a candidate database and conduct headhunting. - Provide recruitment performance data. - Ensure a consistent candidate experience. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience: - Good standard of education. - Degree level qualification (desirable). - CIPD qualification (desirable). - Proven recruitment experience. - Knowledge of recruitment legislation. Skills and Abilities : - Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Intermediate Excel skills (desirable). - People-oriented and results-driven. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Experience with recruitment systems. - Attention to detail and solution-focused. - Strong prioritisation and time management. - Self-motivated with enthusiasm and drive. - Full UK Driver's Licence and use of a vehicle (desirable).
