Job Description
In this role you will ensure accurate registration, administrative processing and reporting of results to customers for all internal and external samples sent to the Laboratory.
Key responsibilities:
· Accurate registration and labelling of all customer samples.
· Generation of relevant worksheets.
· Input of analytical results,
· Raising of all external orders for external third party analysis.
· Checking of invoices against purchase orders.
· Dealing with customer queries by telephone.
· Regularly check Printed Quality order sheet for missing results.
· Keep Total Volume tables up to date where appropriate.
