Assistant Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits
Salary: £25k - £40k (DOE).

Supporting the commercial team in managing groundworks projects.
Assisting with cost management, valuations, and budget tracking.
Procuring subcontractors and managing payments.
Preparing and reviewing variations and change orders.
Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Attending site visits and liaising with project teams to ensure cost-effective delivery.
Producing reports and assisting with commercial negotiations.Assistant Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements
Hold a relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction (Degree, HNC, HND, T-Level, BTEC)
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with experience
Based within commuting distance of Grantham
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
