As a Sales Negotiator based in Nottingham, you’ll be responsible for:
* Managing a ledger of customers forming and maintaining excellent relationships
* Dealing with invoice queries, providing quotes and processing customer orders
* Negotiating prices with customers and suppliers where necessary and upselling products
* Responding to customer phone calls, building strong relationships and ensuring excellent customer service
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, between 8.00am – 5.00pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
* A background in sales or a customer service role with admin skills
* Merchant and industry experience is desirable
* Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to negotiate over the phone
* Enthusiasm, proactive, with ability to work at pace!
