Due to growth & expansion, this is a newly created opportunity for an IT Support Engineer looking to progress their career within a well-established global finance firm. Based in Central London you will be onsite 5 days a week in the office and be working a 7am early shift. This role pays £38,000 bonus, 25 days annual leave and private health. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in 1st / 2nd line BAU user support, and ideally have a background with a trading firm, or a bank / finance firm. Working on a Service Desk and as a Floor Walker you will be working with: Bloomberg / Reuters Active Directory Windows 10 Office 365 Service desk tools (Call logging & remote access tools) Setting up PC’s, laptops, multi-monitor desks, VoIP, printers, mobiles, tablets & wifi Based in the Central London office you will be in an IT team of 4 providing support to circa 150 users across London, New York and Dubai. This will be a high-pressured environment but also an exciting environment using the latest cutting-edge technologies within the finance sector. Based in Bank / Monument area of Central London my client has easy access to several tube & train station for easy commuting. This role pays £38,000 benefits and full IT training.
