About this Apprenticeship opportunity:
We are excited to be looking for a Geotechnical Engineering Apprentice in our Birmingham office. You will work towards achieving a Level 6 qualification at the University of Warwick.

About the opportunity: Jacobs is one of the world’s largest and most diverse providers of technical and management services, offering a full spectrum of consultancy support to commercial, government, and industrial clients. You will work as part of a diverse and highly skilled team of geotechnical engineers and engineering geologists, providing support and advice to the wider Jacobs business and clients.
Here's what you'll need:
1. A minimum of 120 UCAS points or equivalent required.
2. Typically at least three A levels at grades A*-C including Mathematics and Physical Science or their equivalent, or will have completed a Level 3 Apprenticeship as a Civil Engineering Technician and hold two distinctions for a BTEC National Diploma in Civil Engineering or related studies.
3. GCSE grade C in Maths and English required.
4. A flexible and proactive self-starter who’s passionate about developing new skills.
5. The ability to adapt and prioritise whilst juggling work and study priorities.
6. Enthusiasm and curiosity to apply your skills to solve real-world problems.
7. Empathy and listening skills to help you truly understand our clients’ requirements.
8. You must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
