About the Role: This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a sales support role who is eager to grow, potentially within the IT sector. Our Sales Support Team is a new addition to the business, with exciting growth potential and a clear progression path. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of data across multiple systems, collaborating with colleagues to provide exceptional internal service. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update sales orders, liaising with Account Managers as needed. Ensure ETA accuracy by referencing supplier reports and online portals. Handle initial RMA queries, coordinating with customers and the Logistics Department. Update Monday.com with project and team information. Assist the team in chasing outstanding POs and sending quote requests to customers. Resolve customer delivery issues by liaising with Logistics or Suppliers. Support the Public Sector Team with form completion. Provide reports for Account Managers and automate tasks via SAP where possible. Manage purchasing for various business segments, including automated and manual processes. Source pricing and availability for customer quotes. Assist with onboarding new supplier accounts and completing credit application forms. Input bid/special pricing into SAP and manage item master data. Address customer web queries via the webstore ticketing portal. Support with other ad hoc sales support tasks. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a Sales Support or Customer Service role.
