The ideal candidate will be motivated, hardworking, and dedicated to helping students achieve their best in the absence of their usual teacher.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students remain on task and focused.
- Support students in their learning, maintaining a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
- Encourage student participation and engagement while adhering to school policies and safeguarding guidelines.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Be flexible and adaptable to the varying needs of students and teachers.
Ideal Candidates:
- Have previous experience working with young people or children.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and experience.
- Approach teaching with creativity and a student-focused mindset.
- Be passionate about supporting student wellbeing and committed to safeguarding.
- Be organised, reliable, and adaptable.
- Have experience working as a Cover Supervisor in UK schools (preferred but not essential).

Requirements:
- Applicants must meet the necessary qualifications and training requirements for the role.
- Pay rates quoted are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
- This is a temporary position, with the potential to transition into a permanent role in the future.
