You will work closely with a dynamic team of scientists and engineers to ensure equipment is tested and meets both customer specifications and international regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with a proven track record in safely setting up, maintaining, and testing equipment. Test Planning & Execution: Develop and manage test plans, protocols, and procedures for complex hydrothermal systems. Performance Testing: Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing on mechanical, electrical, and process systems. Data Analysis: Collect and analyse test data to evaluate system performance, identify issues, and support design improvements. Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues through root cause analysis. Documentation: Maintain detailed test records and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Compliance & Safety: Ensure testing activities align with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Team Collaboration: Work with design, engineering, and production teams to align testing requirements with project goals. What We're Looking For: A Self-Starter: You’re detail-oriented, able to work independently, and thrive under pressure to meet deadlines. Experience in Fast-Paced Environments: You’ve worked in dynamic, deadline-driven settings. Engineering Background: Degree qualified in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience. Mechanical & Electrical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and gas systems, including maintenance and repair. Control Systems Knowledge: Experience with PLC-driven control systems and instrumentation. Testing Methodology: Expertise in testing processes and quality assurance. Proficiency with Testing Tools: Skilled in using testing tools, data acquisition systems, and analysis software.
