You will assist with wills, trusts, estates, powers of attorney and inheritance tax planning. Managing administration of Executries, Probates and Trusts Liaising with and providing administration support for Solicitors and Case Handlers Responding to enquiries via email, telephone and letters Processing the mail Working with the online case management system, keeping records up-to-date Answering calls Drafting Declinatures for Wills Retrieving Wills from storage Requesting cheques on behalf of fee earners Preparing and implementing mandates Setting up new files on behalf of fee earners Filing Arranging signing of mail and Declinatures Booking meeting rooms Taking payments from clients using the payment platform Experience You’ll Need Basic understanding of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estates and inheritance tax planning Previous experience as a Legal Assistant The firm is keen to fill this role as soon as possible due to a recent increase in business.
