What You’ll Bring To The Table
* Ensure office supplies are stocked, liaise with suppliers for repairs, and keep the office organised and functional.
* Greet visitors for key meetings and training days while managing diaries and scheduling meetings.
* Assist with onboarding new staff, including ordering IT equipment and supporting their setup.
* Help create presentations for industry events and attend SMT meetings to take minutes and follow up on actions.
* Support event planning and delivery while building relationships with key stakeholders.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For
1. Must have experience providing excellent customer service, both internally and externally, with empathy and professionalism.
2. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager.
