TEMPS DESK MANAGER NEEDED:
Due to the rapid business development, we are looking to recruit a childcare temp recruitment manager to work across our London branch. This role involves setting up the temp desk within the office, ensuring all compliance is followed, and growing the team.
For this role, we are looking for a candidate with childcare knowledge who has worked at a senior level in a recruitment agency and has experience in childcare temp recruitment.
As a preferred supplier of childcare staff for many leading nursery companies, we are looking for a customer service-driven consultant who can continue to develop these relationships. You must have good knowledge of the childcare industry and experience within recruitment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and can build relationships with clients and early years staff.
Your role would include:
1. Setting up and managing a temp team
2. Supporting nurseries for emergency/temporary staff cover
3. Developing relationships with new clients
4. Recruiting childcare staff for the team and full vetting of candidates
5. Using social media to support recruitment needs and brand awareness
6. Organising and attending college fairs and recruitment days
