Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Sports Company in London to recruit an immediate, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for 3-6 month role. Role: Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Accounts Payable Clerk to assist them for 3-6 months. You be will be responsible for following duties include - Ownership of the Team Finance Accounts Payable function Vendor management Approval processes Payment processes Invoicing Reconciliation Reporting & review Management of queries and mailbox Customer management Invoices and sales Debt collection Reconciliation Reporting & review Responsibilities Oversight, execution, and administration of banking process Reporting & risk compliance Work with wider finance teams for cash movement within the group Treasury administration Managing employee credit cards and limits Expense review and posting Supporting management and control of expense policies Expense system and interface with systems support Profile: The successful, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk will either be a Finance graduate looking to gain entry level finance experience or you will have have 2 years experience in Accounts Payable. You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role. Client: Our client are a leading Sports company based in London. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Salary & Benefits: The temporary Accounts Payable role will be paying circa £17-£20 per hour, dependant on experience.
