About the Role
Line Up Aviation is seeking a highly skilled IT Training and Support Expert for SAP Solutions to join their team in Hayes, West London. The ideal candidate will have experience in S4H with Applications Support for SAP ERP systems and a strong understanding of IT concepts.
The successful applicant will be responsible for creating documents for end-user training and support training on new or changed SAP functionalities. They will also assist with user training and problem-solving related to SAP System (SD/MM/FI/CO/MRO) and provide first-line support for the ERP software system (SAP, S4H).

Key Responsibilities:
* Creating documents for end-user training and support training on new or changed SAP functionalities
* User training and problem-solving related to SAP System (SD/MM/FI/CO/MRO)
* First-line support for the ERP software system (SAP, S4H)
* Liaison and key trainer between multiple departments and group IT teams
* Representing and supporting local users in the clear definition and documentation of their business requirements
* Creating testing scenarios, recording of test results and related data for all SAP projects/changes coordinated with global teams
* Working as a member of IT projects regarding the ERP software system, providing first-hand documentation
* Carrying out and coordinating testing for SAP changes/functional & UAT testing
Requirements:
* Graduate/Bachelor in IT or relevant experience in S4H with Applications Support for SAP ERP systems
* Knowledge in an ERP System is a distinct advantage, particularly in modules such as SD, MM, FI, CO
* Business Warehouse and Power BI, SQL, Excel, SharePoint, Power BI
* Data workflow, workshop champion in Training others
* Experience in end-user support, providing full-classroom training
* Strong customer and service orientation
* Ability to liaise with all levels of staff and communicate complex information in a simple manner
* Can work well on own initiative, and within a team environment
* Capacity for intercultural competence
* Right to work within the UK without any restrictions
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
