Digital Product Analyst – Analysis/Data – Birmingham/Flexible
Up to 45k – 2/3 days in the office expected near Birmingham
Digital Product Analyst required for an enterprise organisation based near Birmingham that is currently progressing through exciting change & transformation of it’s internal systems & digital solutions. Within the role, you will play a key part in analysing the performance of my clients digital platforms, focusing on variety of internal systems and software.
Ideally you will have experience working with software and data, any experience working in retail/hospitality/catering would be highly desirable for this role.
Role overview:
* Establish and monitor essential product performance indicators, creating clear success metrics
* Regularly assess & analysis performance data – identifying trends, areas for improvements, and providing actionable insights.
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across product performance tools & platforms
* Collaborate with the UX/UI team to conduct user testing and analyse results, offering actionable insights into product usability.
* Use data to identify trends in user behaviour and provide insights to the product and development teams.
Salary
The salary/package for this position is up to 45k per annum depending on experience, plus excellent benefits & flexible working.
