ABOUT THE ROLE As Senior Agency Development Manager, you will be the owner of commercial campaigns from pitch to completion for the biggest campaign opportunities outside of the top 100 clients. This role will be responsible for overseeing the campaign products proposed by Account Management to support the creative idea alongside Creative Strategy. The Senior Agency Development Manager is responsible for maintaining Hearst’s reputation as the lead publisher with Agency Planners and Buyers, across print, digital and partnerships. This could be an exciting opportunity for a Manager looking for the next step in their career or an existing Senior Manager looking for their next opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Grow and maintain exceptional relationships. Be the primary contact for brief responses and campaign execution within agencies. Ensure agency partners are up to date with the latest Hearst developments and opportunities. Identify potential new proactive opportunities and briefs across both existing and new business agency accounts. Conduct regular agency meetings, drop-in sessions, business reviews, immersion sessions and presentations, effectively communicating campaign performance, insights, and growth opportunities. Responsible for pipeline management and booked revenue accounting in Salesforce. Attend brainstorm with Account Manager and Creative Strategy to ensure the idea can be reflected in a campaign strategy. Provide a 360 degree knowledge of Hearst products, services and ensure all client requests are met. Be able to confidently pitch vs competitors and other channels.
