Location : Flexible, can be London/Manchester/Birmingham/Newcastle/Glasgow etc. The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in a brand management setting, with exposure to media or experiential agency campaigns. Job responsibilities: - Negotiate and manage brand and short-term retail promotions for designated commercialisation shopping centres and / or retail parks - Achieve/exceed annual promotions budgets for each centre - Track fees throughout the year to monitor progress - Research new and local initiatives for short-term promotional opportunities - Develop relationships with brand and experiential agencies - Obtain relevant approvals from centre directors/ managers - Complete short-term licences and agreements, as per precedent templates - Obtain relevant Health and Safety paperwork from tenants, as required - Monitor promotions inbox for new leads and potential bookings - Work with centre managers and centre marketing teams to align calendar and potential bookings for centre marketing events such as Student Night - Utilise Book A Corner system to book and document promotions for Manchester Arndale, Cribbs Causeway, and other centres as agreed - Manage the filing of all corresponding tenant documentation on the S drive - Visit centres, as and when required - Adhoc duties as they arise Person requirements: - Relevant work experience desired - Excellent communication skills - Negotiation skills - Working in a fast-paced environment - Able to take instructions and work independently - Detail-oriented CBRE, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (Women/Minorities/Persons with Disabilities/US Veterans)
