Outline of Role:
Reporting to the project manager, your role will include:
1. Raising and issuing store quotations
2. Liaising with suppliers and warehouses
3. Monitoring inbound and outbound supply
4. Overseeing shipments and monitoring any delays
5. Maintaining purchase and pricing reports
6. Reconcile stock and query any discrepancies
7. Any other admin tasks needed to support the team
8. Organise vehicles from factories to warehouse
9. Organise vehicles from warehouse to stores in UK and Europe and complete commercial invoices
10. Chase transport companies for Vehicle details and POD’S
11. Approve and receipt invoices
12. Raise sales orders and client invoices on sage 200
13. Update our in-house system
14. Raising purchase orders and chasing suppliers
Main Responsibilities:
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
1. Strong communicator - Verbally and written
2. Ability to interact with other internal and external departments
3. Ability to manage and prioritize a variable workload in a changing environment
4. Working well under pressure
5. Flexible and adaptable approach to workload
6. Experience in operative IT systems and Microsoft packages (Excel preferred)
7. Experience of Sage 200 desirable but not essential
8. Attention to detail
