Job summary We have a fantastic opportunity for passionate and committed registered nurses to join our inpatient unit, Sylvan Ward on a bank contract basis. You will work as part of a team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care that is focused on supporting patients and prioritising their quality of life. We are looking for nurses who have experience in offering palliative care and knowledge of long term conditions. We are a 12 bedded unit comprising of Registered Nurses, Health Care Assistants, a Medical team and Allied Health Professionals. Set amongst peaceful gardens Sylvan Ward offers a calm environment for symptom control, psychological support, advanced care planning and end of life care.
