Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in delivering the unexpected to our clients through first class customer service
2. A natural host that can make customers, visitors and colleagues feel at home within the location.
3. Main point of contact for customer requests and enquiries.
4. Assist in answering all telephone enquiries for the site, room bookings and set up.
5. Support the onsite Management team with high profile events
6. Support and create the best customer and workplace experience
7. Develop relationships and capture client's individual requirements for future site visits
8. Have a keen eye for detail and share your notes and feedback to the teams
9. Work on community initiatives to develop connections
10. Undertake tours of the building to ensure best practice and report any faults and concerns at the earliest opportunity
11. Supporting any key events in and out of normal working hours
12. Provide support to the Workplace Experience and BEC team as required and for periods of annual leave
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
13. First Aid trained preferable, but training will be provided as part of the role
14. IOSH preferable but training will be provided as part of the role
15. Workplace Experience Programme training preferable but will be provided as part of the role
16. Experience of working in a high-profile environment
17. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
18. Must be able to work within a highly confidential environment
19. A high level of Microsoft Office application knowledge and experience
20. The ability to communicate and work effectively with customers, employees and teams at all levels
21. Flexible to learning and willingness to go that extra mile in support of promoting the workplace experience onsite
