Free transport is available from: Wrexham, Oswestry, Chirk, Froncysyllte and Llangollen. For the successful Training Co-Ordinator, our client is offering: £34,923 per annum (Including a daily shift allowance) Overtime paid at time and a half. 10:00pm till 06:00am - Sunday to Thursday. The role - Training Co-Ordinator: Work with HR Team to identify Agency starters, induct New Starters and complete schedule to ensure each has dedicated time to spend together. Ensure all agency workers have an opportunity to feedback on Days 1-5 and then a review meeting after 2 weeks. Engage with the Shift Manager on progress of each agency worker, with the Shift Manager signing off after Day 1, Day 5 and Week 2. Log all new starters to Food Safety Culture Quiz on the 2 nd, 4 th and 6 th week from induction. Carry out hands-on training with all operators through the site ensuring people are signed off to a satisfactory standard. Maintain SOPs for existing and new equipment. Support with the maintenance of a skills matrix for staff identifying key skills and when refresher training is required. Support new capital projects with new equipment, identifying training requirements and procedures. Support training and development for operators using systems in all factory areas. Support Shift Managers with delivery of development plans for their team members. Work with Managers, Supervisors and the Company Trainer to identify skills/competence levels and where additional support may be needed. Support the Company Trainer in delivery of compliance training (including the Golden 7, Food Safety and Hygiene training). Adopt an ethos of "safety first" and encourage others to do the same during their training, ensuring that they take responsibility for Health & Safety. What our client is looking for in a Training Co-Ordinator: Previous experience in a training role - ESSENTIAL. Ability to be reactive in changes to production plans at short notice. Working knowledge of Food Production associated processes and capabilities IT and organisational skills. HACCP Level 2 - DESIRABLE. Food Hygiene Level 3 - DESIRABLE. IOSH Managing Safely Certificate - DESIRABLE. Key skills or similar Job titles: Shift Trainer, Supervisor, Team Leader.
