Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for this position will be extremely motivated and career driven, with experience in the current rental market.
Duties will include:
* Carrying out Lettings valuations and listings
* Work alongside our new business generation team to identify and maximize business opportunities (both within Lettings and other areas of the business)
* Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
* Working towards and achieving personal and department targets
* Building strong relationships with local property owners
* Understanding the local market and competitors activity
* Maintaining the Group’s Business Generation policy and maximizing all ancillary sales
* Successfully manage a small team of valuers to drive conversion rates for carried out market appraisals.
Skills required:
* Driven and competitive mindset to achieve required targets
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage a team to ensure targets are met
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Good knowledge of the local property market
* Previous experience of working as a Lettings Valuer
* Enjoy working with the public over the phone and face to face
* Ambitious and hardworking
* Must hold a full UK valid driving license
* Successfully manage a small team of valuers to drive conversion rates for carried out market appraisals.
