About the Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a variety of tasks across the Customer Hub, including supporting government schemes, managing work distribution, process price changes, providing reporting updates, and system testing. You will gain exposure to senior stakeholders, enhancing your technical and stakeholder management skills.
You will play a key role in delivering government schemes such as the Warm Home Discount and upcoming initiatives like the Smart Export Tariff. Additionally, you will handle regular mass processing tasks to ensure the Customer Hub operates smoothly and delivers excellent customer experiences.
You will have specific targets and KPIs aligned with the company's vision, which are crucial for your personal development.
About the Team
The Customer Hub manages nearly all customer interactions and support processes, from sales and billing to assistance when issues arise, serving as the frontline for customer engagement.
You will be part of the Operations Change Team within the Customer Hub, responsible for implementing changes and insights across the department, including government schemes, operational improvements, and stakeholder reporting.
About You
You should have excellent attention to detail, familiarity with Salesforce, Junifer, and Excel, and a good understanding of Customer Hub processes. You should be proactive in identifying process improvements and capable of driving these initiatives. Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders to provide project updates is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support project and government scheme delivery, e.g., Warm Home Discount.
2. Handle data processing and business readiness tasks for price changes.
3. Perform regular uploads to maintain service quality and compliance.
4. Identify and implement process improvements.
5. Support initiatives to improve customer health, including mail and data cleansing activities.
6. Collaborate with the Operations Change Team on new processes.
7. Adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
8. Take ownership of tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
9. Assist in testing new products and system updates.
10. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organization.
Knowledge and Skills
1. Experience with mass processing tasks like file uploads and mail merges.
2. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Salesforce, and Junifer.
3. Adaptability to change.
4. Stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Experience with energy schemes is beneficial but not required.
