Our client, based near St. Ives is seeking a Dispatch Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis working 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
As Dispatch Administrator, you will be responsible for obtaining export quotation / costs, booking freight forwarders, requesting POD’s, booking pallet collections, create despatch labels using in-house systems, being a main point of contact between the warehouse and the export team, processing information, the role will develop and you will have the chance to support other teams with administration moving forwards.
To be considered for the role of Dispatch Administrator you will have previous experience in a similar environment, will be PC literate and will have Mathematics & English to level 4 /grade C as a minimum. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Own transport is essential.
