Job Details Working as part of a team, responsible for information management and providing administrative support to ensure the accurate and efficient update of the Valuation Roll and Council Tax Valuation List. Oversee the work of information assistants, provide training and act as a point of contact for any queries raised by them. Co-ordinate and audit work within a team which is responsible for information management and for providing administrative support for the compilation and maintenance of the Valuation Roll and Council Tax Valuation List. As a progressive employer, we offer the opportunity to work in this role as a “blended working” arrangement with home-working opportunities and occasional office working as required. While the significant part of the role can and will be carried out remotely, candidates should be able to travel to and attend office locations in Fife as required. The Person If you meet the essential qualification criteria outlined below, we’d like to hear from you. Must be educated to SCQF level 7 which includes HNC or Advanced Highers or equivalent in Business Administration or equivalent. You should have extensive administrative experience. have team working experience. possess excellent quality control skills with attention to detail and accuracy, good IT skills, good levels of interpersonal skills and abilities which will enable you to work as a member of a team to ensure positive outcomes and lead by example, knowledge of Data Protection and FOISA. Experience of working with minimum supervision in an environment of change and challenge.
