French speaking Account Manager
About the Role
As a key member of the French Selection UK team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing both new and existing customer accounts, with a focus on increasing sales revenue.
Main Responsibilities
1. Manage new and existing client accounts, identifying and increasing sales opportunities with prospective and existing clients
2. Develop and maintain marketing and sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and educational plans
3. Increase the online and in-store presence of the brand
4. Respond to customer queries or concerns in a timely manner
5. Monitor the success of promotional or educational materials and suggest adjustments as necessary
6. Prepare reports on sales activity and sales forecasts
7. Complete any administration required
8. Represent the client at trade exhibitions and shows
Requirements
1. Fluent in French to business standard (written and spoken)
2. Previous experience in a sales or account management role
3. Proactive, confident, and dynamic personality
4. Excellent communication skills and a team player
5. IT literate
