About the Role

Offending behavior and anti-social tendencies.
Your role is to build trust and provide flexible, person-centered support to individuals struggling to engage with other services. You will help identify and address unmet needs, empowering clients to regain control over their lives and access the resources they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Develop tailored support plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique goals and circumstances.
Provide emotional and practical support, ensuring clients feel heard and valued.
Advocate on behalf of clients with external services, ensuring they receive appropriate care and resources.
Build strong relationships with partner agencies, including health, housing, social care, and criminal justice teams.
Support clients in navigating complex systems, such as housing, benefits, and healthcare.
Promote safety and well-being, particularly in situations involving risk or crisis.
What We’re Looking For

Experience working with vulnerable adults with complex needs, or a related field such as social work, mental health, or homelessness services.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to suit individual needs.
