HR Business Partner | Initial 6 month Fixed Term Contract | Immediate Start | Salary c£55,000
The HR function of Zachary Daniels is looking to recruit an HR Business Partner for a leading big box retailer. This role is initially a FTC for c6 months, and we are looking for candidates available for an immediate start.
HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the people agenda
2. Building credible relationships, coaching, supporting, and challenging managers
3. Addressing day-to-day HR issues as they arise
4. Supporting the leadership team to manage change
5. Providing sound and commercial advice on employment, performance management, and talent management
The Candidate:
1. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably retail, with proven experience as a generalist HR partner
2. Strong ER experience and confidence in constructively challenging stakeholders
3. CIPD credentials are an advantage
4. Experience working across corporate/head office functions
5. Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
6. Strong influencing skills and a passion for embedding our core values
7. Solution-oriented, exceptionally well-organised, and an innovative problem solver
HR Business Partner Package:
In return, the business offers a basic salary of up to c£55,000 per annum plus company bonus and benefits.
