We are seeking a Personal Tax Manager with solid experience in employment tax to join our client's expanding tax team in Bristol.
This role is ideal for either an Assistant Manager aiming to advance their career or an experienced Manager seeking a new challenge in a supportive environment that fosters professional growth.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client base including business owners, property landlords, and high net worth individuals.
* Assist clients with employment tax queries, including advising on benefit and reward packages, general employment tax matters etc.
* Advise businesses on employment tax implications during acquisitions or sales.
* Engage in remuneration planning, including share incentivisation schemes.
* Handle capital tax planning, including inheritance tax and property tax projects.
* Address international tax issues.
* Develop and coach trainee tax accountants, guiding them to become accomplished business advisors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Appropriate qualifications with experience in a private client/personal tax environment.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Proven managerial skills with a passion for developing and coaching teams.
