IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
•Take charge of the entire Front Office operation, ensuring seamless service and high standards
•Support the Night Manager by monitoring guest satisfaction and spotting trends to enhance experiences
•Own the Night Audit, ensuring all reports and records are accurate and up to date
•Be the face of leadership in the absence of senior managers—taking full responsibility for the hotel
•Handle security and emergency procedures like a pro, ensuring guest and staff safety at all times
•Provide a clear and detailed handover to the early staff/Duty Manager, keeping operations smooth
•Conduct Health & Safety checks and Night Walks, ensuring everything is in top shape
•Stay on top of all hotel operations, making sure every department is in sync
